In this Privacy Policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ means Canterbury Driver Training Ltd

·         Reporting unit standards to Mito, NZQA

·         Keeping record of learning for NZTA, Connexis, Competenz

·         Internal or external audit

·         Regulatory organisations, NZTA, MITO, NZQA Connexis Competenz in order to deliver our services and meet audit requirements with the above 3rd parties.

·         Capsule (CRM) customer database – to provide you with the service you have purchased

·         To authorities or other entities to uphold the law or our terms, for example:

For legal compliance or law enforcement purposes. We may disclose your personal information to courts, law enforcement or government agencies, or third parties, to the extent that we are required under New Zealand law or we believe that disclosure is appropriate or permitted by the Privacy Act.

Your obligations when you provide personal information of others

You must not provide us with personal information of any other individual unless you have the express authorisation of that individual to do so. If you do provide us with such information about another individual, before doing so you:

·         Must tell that individual that you will be providing their information to us and that we will handle their information in accordance with this Privacy Policy;

·         Warrant that you have that individual's consent to provide their information to us.
