SPREADER OPERATOR NZ (SPONZ) COURSE

The course is a mix of theory and practical tasks for spreader truck drivers.
The drivers attend 1 day theory training and they are required to complete the practical tasks before Spreadmark driver certification is awarded.

Spreader Operator NZ Health and Safety Day

This is run as a group learning session, it starts with practical training, looking at the spreader truck including pre-starts, loading oversize, and truck safety.
Followed by a theory session which includes the following subjects

• Fatigue

• Pre-starts

• Hill driving and hazards

• Loading

• Oversize

• Operating on road

• Operating off road
